2016.5-2019 CRUZE  HP Packages

Attention! Important note:

If you buy a kit with the E85 flex fuel kit in it you do not need to run E85 all the time. That kit allows you to automatically switch between gas and E85 on the go. So if you cannot find E85 you can put gas in the car. You can also request a credit to have me remove parts from each kit and I will discount the price accordingly.

Please note that this is a new section of the site I will be working on daily so I will be adding new products and adding to the description.

NOTE: Most people do not understand how dynamometers work. Most people could care less about getting a car they own on a dyno (dynamometer). It costs money to run a car on one. This is the only way to read wheel HP. In the car industry, we have another way to read HP with MAF calculations. This is a good way to accurately calculate crank HP. Crank HP is used to measure the power an engine makes. Power to the wheels means nothing because if you bring a car to 10 different dynos, it will read different HP on each one. When you calculate crank HP, this is more accurate because you're not dealing with drivetrain loss. Here is an example of drivetrain loss. When I was 21 I went to a dyno day at a local performance shop. They put a brand new Z06 with an advertised 405hp. The shop put the owners car on the dyno and it made 300hp to the wheels. The owner was pissed because he bought a 400hp car. But what the owner did not know is a car makes 405hp at the engine but loses power through the drivetrain (transmission, axels, differential, and tires). Ironically the people at the shop fueled the fire saying he got ripped off (that's a car community in a nut shell).  All of those things play a role in calculating wheel HP; however, on that same car if you convert the MAF, numbers will generate HP at the flywheel or crank (that's basically the internal part of the engine that spins). When it spins, it makes the power your car needs to move. That is a basic description and I wanted to make this simple. Now, let's talk about these HP packages. I have to put HP ranges because it depends on where you live. For example: if you live in Arizona, your car will make different power based on your elevation, outside temps, and fuel than that same package installed on a car in Colorado. Temperature, elevation, and fuel play a role in creating HP.  Some parts in these kits do not create more peak HP, but what they do is create more HP through your RPM range. For example: let's talk about a diverter and wastegate. A factory diverter and factory wastegate are great on factory boost. When you add a tune what will happen is you can gain HP, but when you go above 15PSI on a factory wastegate, the wastegate typically starts to fail and open early.  This limits power during your RPM curve. You may see a peak in HP higher then you had before but with an upgraded wastegate you will see more HP starting lower in the RPM range and even more at peak. Same goes for a diverter. An OEM diverter starts to leak over 20 PSI. The diverter in these kits will allow you to run over that 20 PSI threshold allowing the engine to make power earlier increasing your usable HP through the RPM range. The HP ranges also depends on the boost you run. For example, if you run any of these packages at 15 PSI, you will make less HP than if you ran these parts at 30 PSI. I know I put a lot of information in this listing but I like to keep people informed. A lot of companies out there make claims to sell products and I always want to stay accurate and upfront when it comes to real world expectations. Did you know a manual car makes different HP than an automatic car with the same mods? I say this because people just do not understand everything that goes into making power and what to expect. This is why I created these kits for people,

I decided to create HP packages to help people figure out what's needed to start modding your cruze. I made things simple. Just pick the stage you want.

Stage 1: 190-225 HP

  • Tune
  • Cold air intake
  • Intake manifold spacer
  • Throttle body spacer
  • Performance Diverter
  • Performance wastegate

Stage 2: 210-240 HP

  • Tune
  • Cold air intake
  • Intake manifold spacer
  • Throttle body spacer
  • Performance Diverter
  • Performance wastegate
  • Billet OEM+ Turbocharger
  • E85 Flex fuel kit. This can be removed from the kit if you do not have E85 near you.

Stage 3: 250-275 HP I do not sell exhaust modifications but at this power level you will need an upgraded exhaust. This package was dyno proven by a customer. His car made 260 Wheel HP. At the crank this is over 300HP with MAF calculations.

  • Tune
  • Cold air intake
  • Ported intake manifold spacer
  • Ported throttle body spacer
  • Ported intake manifold
  • Performance Diverter
  • Performance wastegate
  • 6+6 Blade Larger Turbocharger NOTE: Turbo is larger than the stage 2 Billet OEM turbocharger
  • E85 Flex fuel kit. This can be removed from the kit if you do not have E85 near you.
  • Intercooler system

Stage 4: 265-300 HP I would also recommend methanol injection at this level. I do not sell exhaust modifications but at this power level you will need an upgraded exhaust.

  • Tune
  • Cold air intake
  • Intake manifold spacer
  • Throttle body spacer
  • Performance Diverter
  • Performance wastegate
  • 11 Blade Larger Turbocharger NOTE: Turbo is larger than the stage 3 6+6 turbocharger
  • E85 Flex fuel kit. This can be removed from the kit if you do not have E85 near you.
  • Intercooler system
  • Ported intake manifold
  • Ported throttle body spacer
  • Ported intake manifold spacer
  • Ported Throttle Body

Stage 5: 350-400 HP This is the aggressive horse power kit.  I do not sell exhaust modifications but at this power level you will need an upgraded exhaust.

  • Billet aluminum intake manifold NOTE: The billet aluminum intake manifold is larger then the ported intake manifold with spacers. So spacers are not needed with this kit.
  • Tune
  • Ported Throttle Body
  • Cold air intake
  • Ported cylinder head
  • Methanol injection system
  • Performance Diverter
  • Performance wastegate
  • 6+6 Blade Larger race turbocharger NOTE: Turbo is larger than the stage 4 11 blade turbocharger
  • E85 Flex fuel kit. This can be removed from the kit if you do not have E85 near you.
  • Larger extreme core intercooler system
